Why We Offer Business Consulting Services
In business, the success of a company is largely based on the ability of everyone pulling in the same direction to achieve the Objective the company has set out to accomplish. This is a critical factor for every business. Peter Drucker, who received the Japanese medal of honor for bringing about economic stability to post-war Japan, wrote: “Management by objective works - if you know the objectives. Ninety percent of the time you don't.” This is where leadership within a company is crucial. The leaders are the ones who set the course for the business and make sure the employees understand that course and their roles within it. If that’s not happening, or is not being carried out effectively, we at Quantum Consulting know where to look for the reason why and for a solution. Whether you are the owner of a startup or already a well-established company, we offer you a practical set of tools to build, re-direct or enhance what it is your business is looking to accomplish now and in the future.
“If you want something new, you have to stop doing something old” ~ Peter Drucker
Introduction to the Art of Rewriting for business
The first workshop is a two-day traditional class setting called the Introduction to the Art of Rewriting. It is called this because it is designed to introduce the concepts of how a memory or program can be altered to work better within the bio-computer (you) which owns that memory or program.
Through the writing of a practice program, you begin with setting a goal and recognizing the roadblocks in your thinking that prevent you from reaching your goal. By understanding how these roadblocks are actually a belief in what you think is real, you can store memories differently and build new neural pathways to help you reach your goals.
Management by objectives (MBO)
Management by objectives (MBO) is a management model that aims to improve performance of an organization by clearly defining objectives that are agreed to by both management and employees. The term was first outlined by management guru Peter Drucker in 1954 in his book "The Practice of Management."

Can you easily define your Objective?
Do all your employees know the Objective?

Do you have a Strategy to reach your Goals?
What are the Recurring Events in your organization to know your employees are using the Strategy?
These questions and their answers are vital to the success of your organization. Complete your MBO and put your organization on the path to success.
